1. Issuance & Denominations

Mayfair London Digital Gift Cards are issued electronically in fixed denominations of £89.00 (calibrated for the 10mm Moissanite Ear Suite), £189.00 (calibrated for the 4.0mm Moissanite Tennis Bracelet), and £199.00 (calibrated for The Complete Mayfair Parure), as well as bespoke amounts arranged through our Private Client Concierge.

Upon successful payment confirmation via our secure payment gateway, each gift card is generated with a cryptographically unique serialized code (in the format MGC-XXXX-XXXX) and transmitted immediately to the designated recipient email address.

2. Validity Period

Each Mayfair London Digital Gift Card is valid for twelve (12) calendar months from the exact date and time of purchase.

Following the expiration of the 12-month validity window, any remaining balance will deactivate automatically and cannot be re-activated or redeemed, unless an extension is granted in writing by our Private Client Concierge prior to expiry.

3. Redemption Process

Gift cards may be redeemed exclusively online at mayfairlondon.uk and keratintreatment.co.uk.

To redeem, the recipient enters their unique MGC-XXXX-XXXX code into the “Discount or Gift Card” input field at checkout. The total cart balance is discounted up to the available face value of the gift card immediately before final payment authorization.

Gift cards may be applied toward any piece in our collection, including bracelets, stud suites, complete parures, and bespoke atelier commissions.

4. Balance & Partial Redemption

If an acquisition total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance is retained on the same unique voucher code and may be redeemed against future orders at any time within the original 12-month validity period.

If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining balance must be settled using standard payment methods (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or debit/credit card).

5. Non-Exchangeable & Cancellation Rights

Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for bank transfers, or applied retroactively to orders already completed.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the original purchaser has the right to cancel their gift card order within fourteen (14) days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method, provided that zero balance has been redeemed. Once any portion of the voucher code has been used to acquire jewellery, the cancellation right is extinguished.

6. Misplaced Codes & Security

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring the recipient email address is entered accurately. Mayfair London fine jewellery vouchers should be treated as cash.

If a gift card email is lost, misdirected, or accidentally deleted, our concierge team can re-issue the voucher to the verified email address of the original purchaser upon presentation of the order reference number.

7. Governing Law & Concierge Support

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
